Revised National Planning Policy Could Assist Our Campaign

Last week the Government published the revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).

The new NPPF covers many areas of planning policy that will impact upon the campaign. It is too early to determine all the ways it will impact upon the development of Haywards Heath Golf Club; what is clear is that for the first time national planning policy puts the protection of ancient woodland and ancient and veteran trees on a par with the best of our built heritage.

For those that are not aware, Haywards Heath Golf Club has many ancient trees and is adjacent to ancient woodland.
