Fairfax have submitted an application for the redevelopment of the Golf Course.
The application only includes the land leased to the Golf Club, which leads us to believe this application represents phase 1 of the development. Three adjacent parcels of land owned (freehold) by the Golf Club (circa 30 acres) will probably be added in a subsequent phase.
